The most important thing in lodging to me is cleanliness. Dillon’s was very clean, very well equipped, ample parking. Cabin is very nice and plenty of space. Mr. Dillon is very friendly, very helpful and very accommodating. I don’t think one could find a better place to stay and I know you’ll not find better folks to rent from.
This is a top notch place to stay for anyone going to ride the Hatfield and McCoy trails. There was plenty of room for 9+ people, and the owners are awesome people, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
Our first time visiting the trails! This was the perfect place for us!! Super clean house, Comfortable beds, enough space for all 9 of us, the cabin has all the amenities you need plus easy access to trails, Andy couldn’t have been nicer. Provides everything you need We will definitely be back!!
Great place to stay, great location, great cabin, lots of room inside and out. Owner is very nice and accommodating. Place was well kept and you can tell they take pride in keeping place nice, even had a nice fresh smell. Lots of towels and even left lots of courtesy items around cabin (koozies, soap, tooth paste). Really classy and definitely one of the best, if not the best place to stay. The area for cleaning down UTV/ATV is awesome to have handy. Even helped one of our guys find a neighbor who had welder to make a quick fix. Thanks Andy! We will definitely be back.
This cabin is amazing. They thought of everything here. Things you would normally forget they have. The cabin is beautiful all on its own. My group and I have a fantastic time and we will definitely be coming back.
Awesome place and great location to get to Rock House and Devil Anse trails. Cabin was so clean and had everything you could wish for and even more. Great Atv wash spot and they even supply towels for that also. Will stay there again what wonderful customer service
Great place! Clean, roomy, very new. Nice ATV wash, and they supply some extra towels for ATV cleaning. Big flat screen TV. Easy access to Rockhouse trail via a back road trail off of Katie Fork Rd, or go a little further and connect to Devil Anse trail. Great outdoor Webber Gas Grill on a covered porch. Only thing would make this place better is a hot tub, swimming pool, 24 hour masseuse on hand, and free beer! Yea, that's a joke, this place is great. Great owners as well. Looking forward to staying there again.
Had an amazing time at the Fob. Mr. & Mrs. Dillon were such amazing hosts and provided a lot of information about the area and trails. The house is completely stocked with all the amenities you can think of and more. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. The location was perfect and we will absolutely be returning here for future stays.
